Our Marine Explorers Programme

Posted on 21st April 2014

For the last couple of weeks, as part of our Marine Explorers Programme Fifth Class have had an aquarium in their classroom. They have enjoyed the company of Twinkle, a common starfish, Spikey, a beadlet anemone, a plaice, Chips and the king of the tank, a blenny, Thunder. They have learned so much about each of these marine animals and all sea life really (check out their trip to SeaLife in Bray in the Fifth Class section!) Click on the link for a few snaps from the Fifth Class presentation day in which they discussed everything from maintaining an aquarium to starfish regrowing missing body parts, wow!! Check back soon!!
